Can you work on our tenant remotely?
Yes. You grant a time-limited account with the minimum permissions needed and MFA enabled, and it is removed when the work is done.
Do you sell Microsoft licences?
We advise on the right licences and can work with your existing provider. Licences are billed by Microsoft or your reseller.
Will a migration interrupt email?
Migrations are planned to avoid downtime, usually with a cut-over outside business hours and a tested rollback plan.
